SARAH K. STEFFES

Thanks for checking out my page - a place where I can share my vision! Interior design has been a hobby of mine for a while, but this is the first time sharing my work and ideas with a greater audience.

My passion for design began as most people's passions do - from my parents. My mom has always curated a beautiful home that feels so welcoming and livable. My dad's creativity and ability to envision new architechture seems unmatched, for an account at least. (Oh yeah - did I mention my whole family is made up of accounts? Family dinners are fun.)

After the Harvey flood in Houston, my parents redid the entire bottom floor of our house in Katy. We were lucky enough to hire contractors and a designer to create a much more up-to-date home. This is how I met my previous boss Elizabeth Parry. Elizabeth had well-acclaimed experience as a designer, and I was lucky enough to intern for her when I was home for the summer my sophomore year of college. I learned a lot, and my passion for design has grown exponentially ever since.

Constantly on the move between houses and apartments the past few years has allowed me to apply my design preferences to create a variety of spaces, which I hope to showcase here.
